Psyllium seed fiber, Capsule shell (HPMC), Lubricant (Magnesium stearate).

Usage
Take 1 to 2 vegetarian capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Maximum dosage: 9 vegetarian capsules per day. It is important to drink plenty of water.

Storage instructions
Do not use if constipated.
Taking psyllium fiber may reduce the absorption of medications. Leave at least two hours between taking psyllium seeds and any other medication.
