Ingredients
L-Carnitine Tartrate, Capsule Shell (HPMC), Filler (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Lubricant (Magnesium Stearate), Anti-caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Usage
1 vegetarian capsule 1 to 3 times a day.

Storage instructions
It is best not to take L-carnitine at the same time as protein, as the simultaneous presence of large amounts of other amino acids can hinder its absorption. It is not advisable to take L-carnitine in the evening, as this can disrupt your sleep pattern. For training sessions or important competitions, it is recommended to take L-carnitine approximately two hours beforehand.
