Ingredients
Magnesium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose, plant fibres), citrus bioflavonoids, binder (vegetable oil (non-GMO)), lubricant (magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Usage
1 to 2 tablets per day.
Maximum 6 tablets per day.
During pregnancy, maximum 2 tablets per day.
