Instructions for use
Take 3 tablets once a day with sufficient water, preferably about 30 minutes before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not suitable for children under 18 years. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Maximum daily intake of EGCG is 800 mg. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. May affect the action of anticoagulants.
