Directions for use
Open the cap and gently squeeze the tube. If you're using the lubricant with a condom, spread it over the already-attached condom.

The gel is not a contraceptive and does not contain spermicide.
Suitable for vaginal, anal and oral sex.

Can be used with condoms made of natural rubber and polyisopropylene latex.
