When you buy directly from us, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. We hope you love everything you receive from us, but if you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of your purchase. Step 1: Fill in the return details on the back of your order form. Can’t find your order form? Then download a copy of the returns form. Would you like to exchange the product for another one? Please let us know within 30 days of purchase.
Step 2: Return the order yourself via USPS, FedEx or another trackable delivery method. We recommend that you insure your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. The original postage and administration charges will not be refunded. We will credit or refund the cost of the returned items and any taxes charged, minus the original postage costs. Please contact customer services for further information about our returns policy. This Mineral Suncare SPF30 with zinc oxide as a mineral filter is suitable for the most (eczema) sensitive skin.

Aqua (water), Zinc Oxide UVA-UVB filter, Ethylhexyl Stearate (vegetable skin softener), Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (hydrates and conditions the skin), Isostearyl Isostearate (rapeseed oil), Cetearyl Alcohol (skin conditioner, vegetable emulsifier), Glycerin (skin conditioner), Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate (vegetable emulsifier), Sucrose Stearate (sugar ester, emulsifier), Coco-Caprylate (skin conditioner), Cocos Nucifera Oil (coconut oil), Caprylyl Glycol (skin conditioner + preservative), Isostearic Acid (skin conditioner), Lecithin (skin conditioner, emulsifier), Polyhydroxystearic Acid (ensures good dispersion of zinc oxide), Polyglyceryl-3 Polyricinoleate (vegetable emulsifier), Xanthan Gum (thickener and stabilizer), Glyceryl Caprylate (preservative and stabilizer), Propanediol (skin conditioner), Tocopherol (vitamin E)
Usage
This sunscreen is suitable for babies, children and adults and for normal and very sensitive skin.
Although SPF 30 provides good protection, it's still important to reapply sunscreen every two or three hours. And extra if your child is playing in the water or sand. And if you're swimming in the sea yourself, of course.
Also apply these 'lubrication rules':
Use a factor of 30 or higher
Don't forget the following areas: the tip of your nose, on and behind your ears, feet and the edge under your swimming trunks or swimsuit.
Seek shade between 11am and 3pm
Cover the scalp with a hat or cap and make it easy on yourself by dressing children in UV-resistant clothing
Storage advice
Keep closed, out of reach of children.
