Ingredients Potassium citrate, calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide, natural flavouring, zinc citrate, vitamin B1, vitamin D3 (vegan, from lichens).
Usage Dissolve 1 level measuring spoon of 4.5 g in 300 ml of low-sodium (carbonated) water 1–2 times daily.
Best with meals. Shake before each use to ensure correct dosage.
May have a laxative effect if used in excess.
In case of a disturbed potassium balance (due to medication), hyperkalemia, alkalosis or renal failure, use only after consultation with your doctor.
The full daily dose (= 2 portions) is suitable for persons aged 15 years and over.
If you take the full daily dose, you will not need any other calcium or zinc supplements.
