Usage
Recipe for brown bread in the oven:
Ingredients:
1 egg white or 30g chickpea flour + 60ml water, 6 teaspoons oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 260ml water, 200ml (vegan) milk, 500g FREEE brown bread mix, 2 teaspoons rapid yeast.

Preparation:
1. Rub a little oil around the inside of a 1 kg / 2 lb loaf pan.
2. Place the egg white (or chickpea flour + water), three tablespoons of oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and beat well.
3. Add the flour and yeast, stirring until a thick, smooth batter forms.
4. Sprinkle the remaining three tablespoons of oil over the batter and turn the mixture in the bowl a few times with a spoon to encourage the formation of an oily, doughy mass.
5. Place the dough mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
6. Invert a large mixing bowl over the tin and let it sit for about 60-90 minutes until the dough has risen to the top of the tin.
7. Preheat the oven.
8. Bake for 55-60 minutes.
9. Place it on a rack and let the bread cool completely before slicing.

Recipe for (medium) brown bread in the bread machine:
Ingredients:
1 egg white or 30g chickpea flour + 60ml water, 6 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 260ml water, 200ml (vegan milk), 500g FREEE brown bread mix, 2 teaspoons rapid yeast.

Preparation:
1. Place the egg white (or chickpea flour + water), oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, water and milk in a bowl and beat well.
2. Pour this into the machine tank.
3. Add the flour and sprinkle the yeast over it.
4. Start the machine on gluten-free bread or quick basic program.

Save
To best preserve the flour, roll up the packaging after use and store it in a cool, dry place.
