Cleaning the nose (sinuses) with NasoFree nasal rinse salt with xylitol provides effective and gentle cleaning of the nasal mucosa.

In chronic sinusitis, bacteria often play a role, producing a biofilm (mucus layer). Xylitol breaks down this mucus layer and can thus help control the sinusitis.
Nasal irrigation with nasal saline helps with:
- sinus complaints
- allergy (hay fever, dust mites)
- after nose surgery
- cold

What is this medicine used for?
For cleaning the nose and sinuses

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 250 ml of water.
Preferably rinse with lukewarm water.
The water in which you dissolve the nasal salt may, but does not need to, be boiled.

Xylitol, Sodium chloride, Sodium bicarbonate

Storage advice
Store in a dry place and tightly closed.
