Nasal rinsing with nasal rinse salt helps with:

Use
For effective and gentle cleaning of the nose and sinuses

Directions for use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in 250 ml of water. Preferably rinse with lukewarm water. The water in which you dissolve the nasal salt may, but does not have to, be boiled.
