Use
Dissolve the contents of a level scoop (22 grams) in 200-300 ml of water, skimmed milk or skimmed yogurt. Preferably take two shakes per day (e.g. one in the morning and one in the early afternoon). Green tea: Maximum EGCG dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18 years of age, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
