Green tea extract       400 mg of which 98% polyphenols (40% EGCG)

Green tea extract, gelatin (capsule).

Use
Take 1 capsule twice a day with approximately 250 ml of water. Green tea: Maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
