Usage
Dosage: 1 level scoop (22 grams). Dissolve the contents of one level scoop** (22 grams) in 200-300 ml of water, skimmed milk, or skimmed yogurt. Take two shakes per day (for example, one in the morning and one in the early afternoon).**Scoop is included in the packaging. This product contains caffeine (0.22 mg per daily dose). This product is not intended for minors. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Green tea: Maximum dose of ECGC is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
