What is this medicine used for?
Use for heat and cold therapy, with protective cover

Directions for use
HOT/COLD is for external use only. Always place a towel between the compress and your skin. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes, taking a 30-minute break between uses.

Cold treatment:
Place in the freezer compartment or deep freezer for approx. 2 hours.

Hot treatment: place in max. 95 °C hot water for approx. 1 min.
The compress can also be heated in the microwave for 55 seconds at 700 W.

For heart, circulatory, or diabetes conditions, always consult a doctor. Do not use on children under 3 years of age, on people in need of care, people with reduced sensitivity, or on damaged skin or open wounds. Never use a damaged compress. Keep out of reach of children!
