Use
Use for hot and cold therapy, with protective cover

Instructions for use
HOT/COLD is for external use only. Always place a (hand)towel between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 min., with a 30 min. break in between. Cold treatment: place in the freezer compartment or deep freezer for approx. 2 hours. Warm treatment: place in water heated to a max. of 95 °C for approx. 1 min. The compress can also be heated in the microwave for 55 seconds at 700 W. Read the leaflet before use.

Warnings
Consult a doctor in case of heart and circulatory conditions and diabetes. Do not use on children under 3 years of age, on those in need of assistance, persons with reduced sensitivity, on damaged skin or open wounds. Never use a damaged compress. Keep out of reach of children!

Storage advice
Store clean and dry, preferably in the original packaging.
