What is this medicine used for?

Directions for use
Stored in the refrigerator, the compress can be used to cool bruises, fever, contusions, or sprains, among other things. The warm compress helps with lumbago, menstrual cramps, colds, or back pain.

HOT/COLD is for external use only. Always place a towel between the compress and your skin. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes, taking a 30-minute break between uses.

For heart, circulatory, or diabetes disorders, always consult a doctor. Do not use on children under 3 years of age, on infirm persons, persons with reduced sensitivity, or on damaged skin or open wounds. Never use a damaged compress. Keep out of reach of children! Cold treatment: Place in the freezer or deep freeze for approximately 2 hours. Effect: Locally relieves pain, reduces swelling. Warm treatment: Place in water with a maximum temperature of 95°C for approximately 25 seconds. The compress can also be heated in the microwave for 20 seconds at 700 W. Effect: Locally promotes circulation, relieves cramps.
