Unless otherwise prescribed, adults should take one capsule every other day for the first three weeks. Thereafter, take one capsule daily. Take Depyrrol Basis NF with breakfast and a glass of water, fruit juice, or tea. This dietary supplement is not suitable for children under 17 years of age. The capsule may be opened if a lower dose is desired. Stick to the recommended dosage. If Depyrrol Basis NF is less well tolerated, it is recommended to first use Depyrrol Plus or Depyrrol Kind.
Period of use
You can use Depyrrol Basis NF for as long as necessary.
It is best not to use Depyrrol Basis NF during pregnancy. During pregnancy, use of Depyrrol Plus is recommended. For children aged 4 years and older, use of Depyrrol Kind is recommended.
A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Depyrrol Basis NF is generally very well tolerated. Mild stomach discomfort has rarely been reported initially. In addition, the menstrual cycle may be affected in rare cases.
Long-term daily use of large doses of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs. Do not use Depyrrol Basis NF if you have polyneuropathy (tingling or numbness in the limbs) or severe psychological complaints, only on the advice of a doctor.

Storage instructions
