Composition per daily dose of 1 melt tablet:
Vitamin D3 10 mcg - 400IE 200% RI*
*RI = Reference Intake



Ingredients
Sweetener: Mannitol, corn starch, vitamin D3, flavourings, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, flavourings, acid: citric acid

Usage
1 melting tablet per day.

Dissolves easily in the mouth without taking water.
Preferably take during or after a meal.
Excessive use may have a laxative effect.

The Health Council advises the following population groups to take an additional 10 micrograms of Vitamin D daily throughout the year, in addition to their normal diet.

- Women aged 50 to 69
- Adults who do not get enough time outside (less than 15 minutes per day between 11am and 3pm)
- Adults with dark skin
- Pregnant women

The advice for the elderly aged 70 and over is to take an additional 20 micrograms of Vitamin D per day.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging).
Keep out of reach of young children.
