Composition per daily dose of 1 melt tablet:
Vitamin D3 10 mcg 200% RI*
*RI = Reference Intake

Ingredients
Sweetener: Mannitol, corn starch, vitamin D, flavourings, acid: citric acid, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate.

Usage
Children from 1 to 4 years:
1 melting tablet per day
Children aged 4 and over who rarely go outside or who have dark skin:
1 melting tablet per day.
Preferably take during or after a meal.
The Health Council advises children up to 4 years of age to take an extra 10 mcg of vitamin D all year round.
