Women aged 50 to 69
Adults who do not get enough time outside (less than 15 minutes per day between 11am and 3pm)
Adults with dark skin
Pregnant women
The recommendation for seniors aged 70 and over is to take a supplement of 20 micrograms of vitamin D daily. Davitamon has a suitable vitamin D product for everyone.
