Ingredients
Vitamins, bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: fatty acids, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, isomalt, colour: calcium carbonate, minerals, medium chain triglycerides.

Usage
Recommended daily use: Adults: Take one tablet daily. Swallow the tablet with plenty of water.
Swallow the tablet whole. Take it in the morning during or after breakfast.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging).
