Eschscholtzia californica extract, Melissa officinalis extract, thickening agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Valeriana officinalis extract, Humulus lupulus extract, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, L-tyrosine, Passiflora incarnata extract, glazing agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B12, melatonin.

Usage
Adults: 2 capsules per day. Take the capsules half an hour before bedtime with sufficient water. Swallow capsules whole.
