Ingredients
Magnesium, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, magnesium hydrogen carbonate, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, colour: calcium carbonate, stabilisers: fatty acids, polyethylene glycol, glycerol.

Usage
Adults: Take one tablet daily. Swallow the tablet with plenty of water, preferably during or after a meal. Do not chew the tablet; swallow it whole or split in half.

May have a laxative effect.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry, dark place (in the original packaging). Keep out of reach of young children.
