Ingredients
Magnesium, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stabilizer: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, anti-caking agents: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, cross-linked cellulose gum, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, vitamins, colorants: indigotine, carmine.

Usage
Adults take 1 tablet daily with sufficient water during or immediately after a meal.
Swallow the tablet whole.

Magnesium can have a laxative effect.

Storage instructions
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry, dark place (in the original packaging). Keep out of reach of young children.
