Usage 1 capsule per day.

Storage instructions The Health Council advises pregnant women to take a 10 mcg supplement of vitamin D daily in addition to their normal diet. Vitamin D is important for maintaining strong bones in the mother and plays a significant role in the baby's bone formation.
