Ingredients
Minerals, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, cross-linked cellulose gum, vitamins, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, fatty acids, corn starch, colourings: beetroot red, riboflavin, carmine, stabilisers: polyethylene glycol, sucrose esters of fatty acids, glycerol, firming agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone, rice starch.

Use
Recommended daily use: Depending on diet and living conditions, 1 to 3 coated tablets per day. Preferably take during or after a meal. Swallow the coated tablet whole with a glass of water. This food supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 5 years of age. Children from 6 to 12 years of age 1 coated tablet per day. Parental supervision is advised.
