Ingredients
FISH oil, gelatin (bovine), vitamins, minerals, humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOY lecithin, SOY oil, colour: beta-carotene, glazing agent: beeswax.

Use
1 capsule daily. Take the capsule with sufficient water, preferably during or after a meal. Do not chew the capsule, but swallow it whole. Suitable for adults aged 65 and over.

Storage advice
Store at room temperature (15-25°C) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging).
