Usage For 1 loaf:
500 grams Gluten-free flour
1 sachet of dry yeast or 25 grams of fresh yeast
400-450 ml cold water.
Bread maker:
Mix the yeast with the water and pour the mixture into the baking tin of your bread machine.
Turn the appliance on and add the bread mix, stirring constantly. Use the standard program and bake for approximately 3 hours.
Oven:
Mix the yeast with the water (in a mixing bowl). Add the bread mix and stir for about 4 minutes (ideally with a wooden spoon). Now pour the dough into a buttered baking pan. Cover with parchment paper and bake for 50 to 70 minutes at 200°C.
