Use
To support a balanced diet in an energy-restricted diet: replace one meal a day with this delicious shake. For weight management: Replace two meals a day with this delicious shake. Make sure to drink enough water. This product can only serve its intended purpose when it is part of an energy-restricted diet and other foods form a necessary part of this diet. Make sure to drink enough, at least 2 litres of water, tea or other low-calorie drinks per day. Pour 250ml of skimmed milk into a shaker. Add 2 scoops of shake powder and shake well.
