Usage
Pancake preparation - 400g mix (in the package) - 300ml milk - 3 eggs Beat the eggs in a bowl. Add the mix and half of the milk. Stir well. Add the remaining milk and stir until a smooth mixture. Melt some butter or margarine in a pan and bake the pancakes long enough, until they are golden brown on both sides. Regularly add butter or margarine to the pan. Waffles - 400g mix (in the package) - 125g melted butter or margarine - 75g sugar - 2 eggs Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir into a smooth dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Grease the waffle iron with some butter, add the dough and wait until the waffles are golden brown. Let them cool on a rack.
