Usage Preparation Pancakes - 400g mix (in the package) - 300ml milk - 3 eggs Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them. Add the mix and half of the milk. Stir well. Add the remaining milk and stir until smooth. Melt some butter or margarine in a pan and cook the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Add more butter or margarine to the pan regularly. Waffles - 400g mix (in the package) - 125g melted butter or margarine - 75g sugar - 2 eggs Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until a smooth batter forms. Place the batter in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Grease a waffle iron with some butter, add the batter and wait until the waffles are golden brown. Let them cool on a wire rack.
