Bulking agent (cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose), Guarana Extract Paullinia cupana, Green tea extract (Camelia sinensis), Choline bitartrate (vitacholine), Milk thistle extract (Silybum marianum L), inositol, Cayenne pepper (capsicum annuum L.), Anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate), Silicon dioxide, chromium chloride

Use
1 tablet 3 times a day. Before meals with a large glass of water. Green tea: Maximum ECGC dose is 800 mg per day. Do not consume on an empty stomach or in combination with other green tea products. Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Contains caffeine. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
