Usage Adults: 1 to 3 tablets per day.
Children from 4 to 12 years: 1 tablet per day.
Children aged 12 years and over: 1 to 2 tablets per day.
Preferably take with water during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Storage instructions This dietary supplement is not suitable for use by children under 4 years of age. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should use a modified-dose product.
