The hydrocolloid component of Cutimed® Hydro L (light) forms a soft gel after absorbing wound fluid. This soft gel creates a moist wound environment, promoting wound healing. The high water vapor permeability of the film top layer allows wound fluid to evaporate, reducing the risk of softening of the wound edges. Cutimed® Hydro L (light) is thin and transparent, allowing visual inspection of the wound without removing the dressing.
