What is this medicine used for?
For heat and cold therapy for body surfaces
Cold compress: for heat stroke, itching, headache, overexertion, burns, fatigue, sprains, muscle pain, cramps, strains, swelling and bruises, headache and toothache.
Warm compress: Relieves rheumatic pain, neuralgia, sciatica, spinal pain, arthritis, pain caused by overuse, swelling and traumatic recovery periods to regulate and dispel blood stagnation, muscle cramps, back pain, stiff neck, lumbago and menstrual pain.

Directions for use
For external use only. Wrap the hot-cold compress in a towel or cloth before applying it to bare skin. Do not use for purposes other than those for which it is intended.

Clean the surface regularly with a damp sponge, using dish soap if necessary. Then dry the compress with a clean cloth. Do not machine wash. Dispose of it with regular household waste if worn or damaged.

Contraindications
People with known or suspected circulatory problems should not use hot or cold compresses unless under the direct supervision of a physician.
Do not use on infants.

Never sit, lie, or lean against the hot-cold compress. Do not fall asleep with the hot-cold compress. Use only under adult supervision. Overheating or prolonged use may cause injury. Do not open the hot-cold compress. Do not pierce the compress and/or ingest the contents. Do not apply to sensitive skin, insensitive skin, or open wounds. Consult a doctor for extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain.
Discontinue use if you discover any damage.

Storage advice
Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
