Compound Contents :

Making the kidney tea:
Combine the loose herbs and soak in 10 cups of cold tap water.
Use a glass bowl. After four hours or the next morning, bring to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes. Drink 1/4 cup once the tea has cooled sufficiently. Strain the tea into a well-cleaned glass bottle. Refrigerate the bottle.
Making parsley water:
Wash the parsley and boil it in 1 liter of water for 3 minutes. Once the parsley water has cooled sufficiently, drink 1/4 cup. Refrigerate 1/2 liter of parsley water and freeze the rest. Discard the boiled parsley.
Usage
Every morning, combine 3/4 cup of tea with 1/4 cup of parsley water. Add 20 drops of goldenrod tincture and 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin. Drink this mixture 2-3 times throughout the day. If you have a sensitive stomach or are over 70, start with half the amount, spread throughout the day.
In addition, you take:
- Ginger 500mg with each meal (3 capsules per day)
- Uva ursi: 400 mg with breakfast, 800 mg with dinner
- Vitamin B6: 2 x 125 mg per day
- Magnesium complex: 500 mg per day
Take these nutritional supplements immediately before dinner.
Both the herbal tea and the parsley water can spoil quickly. Bring both to a boil every four days, even if you've stored them correctly. This will sterilize them. If you do this in the morning, you can take both (in a glass jar or bottle) to work without needing a refrigerator.
