Ingredients
Epsom salt: Magnesii sulfas heptahydricus.L-Ornithine: L-ornithine, microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), HPMC (vegetable capsule).

Usage
It is advised to do the program at least twice a year, but never if you feel unwell.You will also need:Olive oil - half a cupFresh red grapefruits - 1 large or 2 small for 2/3 to 3/4 cup of juice.Walnut tincture, extra strongLarge plastic strawCup with lid (half a liter).On the day itself, eat fat-free in the morning.2:00 PM: You start the program. Do not eat or drink anything from this point on, with the exception of the above products. Mix 4 tablespoons of Epsom salt with 3 cups of water in the cup. You now have enough for 4 servings of 3/4 cup each. Store the cup in the refrigerator.6:00 PM: Drink 3/4 cup of the salt solution. To improve the taste, you can add 1/8 teaspoon of vitamin C powder to this cup.8:00 PM: Drink another 3/4 cup of the salt solution.9:45 PM: Now pour 1/2 cup of olive oil into the cup. Squeeze the grapefruits until you have at least 1/2 cup of juice. Add the juice to the olive oil. Optionally, add 10 drops of walnut tincture. Then close the cup. Shake the cup well. If necessary, go to the toilet now. 10:00 PM: While standing, drink the entire cup within 5 minutes. To improve the taste, you can add some cinnamon or brown sugar. A straw makes it easier to drink.Take 4 Ornithine capsules just before going to bed.The next morning: Now drink the third portion of the Epsom salt solution (but not before 6:00 AM).2 hours later: Now take the fourth and final portion of the Epsom salt solution.2 hours later: You can start eating again. Start with fruit juice, half an hour later with fruit. After an hour, you can consume normal, light food again.
