Fennel powder: Fennel (foenicum vulgare) ground
Turmeric: Turmeric (curcuma extract)
Usage Take turmeric (2 capsules 3 times a day)> Take orange-colored stools into account
Take fennel powder (1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day)
Take Betaine Plus with meals (1-2 times daily). Do not take this longer than necessary, as this product is sensitive to mold growth.
Take a single dose of 2 teaspoons of extra-strength walnut tincture. Add these teaspoons to half a glass of water and drink it slowly over fifteen minutes.
If necessary, take Cascara sagrada capsules. Start with 1 capsule per day and increase if necessary to a maximum of 2 capsules per day.
