Rhodiola rosea root extract	200 mg

Usage
Recommended maintenance dose, 1 capsule twice daily, preferably before a meal. Do not use during pregnancy. Do not use in combination with medications that affect brain metabolism. Ashwagandha: Caution when using thyroid medication.
