Thin slices of white chocolate with natural vanilla and a hint of sea salt, sprinkled with crispy cocoa nibs.

For this white chocolate, organic cocoa butter is used, which we buy directly from the farmer cooperative Conacado in the Dominican Republic. The white chocolate with crunchy cocoa nibs (roasted cocoa beans stripped of their shells) is super delicious.

The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship, the Tres Hombres, powered by wind from the Caribbean, taking about four months across the Atlantic Ocean, to the quay in Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we make 'single origin' organic chocolate in an artisanal way, entirely on solar energy!

The 'Zeiltjes' do not fit through the letterbox and are sent as a parcel.

Storage advice
Store in a cool (around 18 degrees) and dry place, but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects the quality of the bars. Water and the fat from the cocoa butter do not mix.
