Saint Nicholas can't get enough of this mildly pure Saint Nicholas letter. The beans for this letter were transported emission-free by sailing ship all the way from the Dominican Republic to Amsterdam, by Saint Nicholas himself, of course.

The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship, the Tres Hombres, powered by Caribbean winds, across the Atlantic Ocean in roughly four months, to the quay in Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we handcraft single-origin organic chocolate, entirely solar-powered!

Save
Store in a cool, dry place (around 18 degrees Celsius), but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects its quality. Water and the fat in the cocoa butter are incompatible.
