Saint Nicholas is proud of his creation. This vegan Saint Nicholas letter is incredibly mild in flavor, and the Saint Nicholas spices make it irresistible! Saint Nicholas personally transported the beans for this Saint Nicholas letter by sailboat, all the way from the Dominican Republic to Amsterdam, emission-free.

The cocoa beans travel by sailing ship, the Tres Hombres, powered by Caribbean winds, across the Atlantic Ocean in roughly four months, to the quay in Amsterdam. In our chocolate factory, we handcraft single-origin organic chocolate, entirely solar-powered!

Store in a cool, dry place (around 18 degrees Celsius), but never in the refrigerator. Moisture condenses on the bar and affects its quality. Water and the fat in the cocoa butter are incompatible.
