This dark chocolate with crunchy roasted hazelnut pieces is made from biodynamic cocoa from the Cabruca cooperative in Bahia, Brazil.

Our Brazilian bars feature Demeter. It's a logo not everyone is familiar with, so we'll explain it briefly. Demeter products are organic by definition, but Demeter certifies biodynamic farms and products. Biodynamic goes a step further than organic. It's a holistic farming method that doesn't disrupt ecosystems and doesn't simply take and extract from the soil, but nourishes it with fertilizers and other natural substances, ensuring it remains healthy for many years to come.
