This dark chocolate with crunchy pieces of roasted hazelnut is made from biodynamic cocoa from the Cabruca cooperative in Bahia, Brazil.

Our Brazilian bars carry the Demeter logo. A logo that is not yet familiar to everyone, so we will briefly explain it. Demeter products are organic in any case, but Demeter certifies biodynamic farms and products. Biodynamic goes a step further than organic. It is a holistic way of farming where ecosystems are not disrupted and we don't just take and extract from the soil, but feed the soil with manure and other natural substances so that the soil remains healthy for many years.
