In all religions, burning incense (olibanum) is one of the most important rituals. Frankincense oil is distilled from the resin of the frankincense tree (Somalia, Aden, Oman). The resin is clearly discernible in the oil, but wood, pine, and lemon can also be detected. Evaporating frankincense oil deepens breathing and is used for meditation. The oil calms restlessness and stress. On the skin (processed in a base oil), frankincense has an astringent effect and can prevent stretch marks. Frankincense oil is used in many anti-wrinkle creams.

Ingredients
Boswellia carterii oil, naturally contains: Limonene, Linalool.

Usage
Can be used in a diffuser or to manufacture cosmetic products.

Flammable liquid and vapor. May be fatal if swallowed and enters airways. Causes skin irritation. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Keep away from heat/sparks/open flames/hot surfaces. — No smoking. Avoid release to the environment. IF SWALLOWED: Immediately call a POISON CENTER or doctor. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing - rinse skin with water/shower. Do NOT induce vomiting. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. In case of fire: Use CO2 or foam to extinguish.
