Use
Skincare: Thanks to its nourishing properties, sesame seed oil is often used in the treatment of various skin conditions. Due to its nutty scent, it is advisable to mix the oil with another base oil such as jojoba or apricot kernel. For example, 20ml of sesame seed oil together with 80ml of apricot kernel oil. Massage: Sesame oil is very suitable for muscles and is therefore the ideal massage oil for after sports. For a relaxing massage oil with sesame, you can take 100ml of fatty vegetable oil and optionally add 10 – 15 drops of essential oil. Especially floral oils such as rose, jasmine and ylang ylang combine well with sesame seed oil. Sesame oil is also suitable for a light baby massage. Kitchen: Fatty vegetable oils are of course also suitable for use in the kitchen! Use a fatty vegetable oil for baking or as a salad dressing.
