Red mandarin is the cold-pressed oil from the peel of very ripe mandarins, and it is more intense and sweeter than the scent of 'regular' mandarin. The fragrance is unmistakable and loved by practically everyone. It is a scent that uplifts and brings joy. Children especially love the scent.

The oil has a relaxing effect due to the presence of N-methyl-anthranilate, a nitrogenous compound found in mandarin oil. If insomnia is caused by tension, mandarin oil is a pleasant remedy. Applied to the skin, mixed with a massage or fatty vegetable oil, mandarin oil softens stretch marks and hard scars.

Usage
