Angelica CO2 eco bio The scent of a CO₂ extract is the most refined of all, resembling that of the fresh plant! The pressure extracts not only the scent but also the pigment and possibly resins from the plant, which is why a CO₂ extract is sometimes thicker or even solid. Before use, gently and slowly warm the bottle in hot water or a double boiler.
Usage This organic essential oil is particularly well-suited for use in cooking. From appetizers to salads, from pastries to smoothies, or even for use in a base of olive oil or sunflower seed oil!
