Dicalcium phosphate, magnesium oxide, bulking agents: E460, E464, E1200, L-ascorbic acid, potassium chloride, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, iron fumarate, anti-caking agents: E470b, E551, E553b, E1202, calcium carbonate, calcium D-pantothenate, zinc oxide, manganese sulphate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, beta-carotene, vegetable oil (coconut & palm kernel oil), copper sulphate, retinyl acetate, D-biotin, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium III chloride, sodium molybdate, potassium iodide, sodium selenate, phylloquinone, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin, colour: E132.

Usage
For adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 tablet per day.
Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably during a meal.

If you are taking other supplements at the same time, carefully read the instructions for use of the other supplement, as these supplements may contain the same ingredients.
This nutritional supplement is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
