CellCare Vitamin AD & Omegas Vitamin AD & Omega's contains polyunsaturated fatty acids from fish and borage oil. It also contains a high dose of natural vitamin A and D3.
Fish oil contains, among other things, the Omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
Borage oil is a plant oil derived from the borage flower (Borago officinalis). This plant oil contains high levels of gamma-linolenic acid (Omega-6). The body can generally produce GLA itself, but in situations where there is an increased need, it can be helpful to supplement the diet with a GLA supplement. Factors that can play a role in this include excessive consumption of trans fatty acids, saturated fats, sugar, alcohol, and carbohydrates.
