Vitamin A D & Omegas contains polyunsaturated fatty acids from fish and borage oil. In addition, Vitamin A D & Omegas contains a high dose of natural vitamin A and D3.
Fish oil contains, among other things, the Omega-3 fatty acid DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
Borage oil is a vegetable oil, derived from the borage flower (Borago officinalis). This vegetable oil contains large amounts of gamma-linolenic acid (Omega-6). The body can, in principle, produce GLA itself, but in situations where there is an increased need, it can be useful to supplement the diet with a GLA supplement. Factors that can play a role here include excessive consumption of trans fatty acids, saturated fats, sugar, alcohol, and carbohydrates.
