Omega-3 Krill contains pure krill oil in softgel capsules. This krill oil, like fish oil, is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. The main difference from fish oil is that the omega-3 fatty acids in krill oil are bound to phospholipids instead of triglycerides.
