CellCare magnesium tablets contain magnesium in citrate form. This form of magnesium is very well absorbed by the body, so the vast majority of the magnesium from the tablet is actually absorbed into the cells. The tablet is highly dosed and contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet, thus meeting the body's great daily need.

Ingredients
Magnesium, filler (microcrystalline cellulose), binder (polyethylene glycol, stearic acid), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), coating (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC), calcium carbonate, stearic acid.
Usage
Take 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal with water or juice, unless otherwise advised by a doctor or therapist. Intake spread throughout the day is recommended. A laxative effect may occur with > 250 mg of magnesium.
