CellCare Magnesium 200mg elemental CellCare magnesium tablets contain magnesium in citrate form. This form of magnesium is very well absorbed by the body, so the vast majority of the magnesium from the tablet is actually absorbed into the cells. The tablet is highly dosed and contains 200 mg of elemental magnesium per tablet, to meet the body's daily great need.
In situations where a lot is demanded of you, such as sports, stress, and a high protein intake from food, the body's magnesium requirement is higher than usual.
